How to prepare:
You are required to fast, consuming no food or liquids other than water, for 12-14 hours. You can drink pure drinking water (without carbonation or added flavors), in small quantities. Do not drink any alcoholic beverages for 24 hours prior to the test. Avoid physical exercise on the day of the test prior to taking the sample. For the urine and stool test, you will need to request the sterile containers with instructions, from any one of our five laboratories.
